02What we collect on this site
Forms: name, company, email, phone, industry, message. A cookie for your language preference. No payment information.
03Information about the people we call
When a business hires us, we call back the people who filled out one of that business's forms. During those calls we may record their name, contact details, what they need, and their answers to the qualification questions.
That information belongs to our client, not to us. We handle it only on their instructions. If we called you and you want to know what a business holds about you, or have it corrected or deleted, contact that business. Write to us at info@ryucalls.com and we'll pass your request along.
04Asking us not to call
We only call people who left their details with our client. We don't cold call and we don't buy lists.
You can ask us not to call you again during the call or at info@ryucalls.com. We keep an internal do-not-call list and add your number to it within the timeframes set by the applicable rules.
05Call recording
We do not record calls systematically. If a call is recorded, the person is told at the start.
06Emails to businesses
We email businesses about our services, using publicly listed business contact information. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
07Where the information goes
We use third-party tools for telephony, texting, CRM and hosting. Some have servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Some of our agents are independent contractors located outside Canada.
Information may therefore be accessed from, stored in, or transferred to other countries, and may be subject to the laws of those countries. We do not communicate personal information outside Quebec before completing the assessment Quebec law requires.
08How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes described, then we delete it.
09Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent: info@ryucalls.com. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
10Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
