Information We Collect
Through our trial request form: company name, contact name, phone number, email address, and business specialty.
Through our RyuGrowth signup: email address.
We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why We Collect It
- To set up and manage your free trial of RyuCalls’ call answering service.
- To contact you about your trial, including by phone, email, or text.
- To notify you when RyuGrowth becomes available, if you signed up for updates.
- To improve our services and respond to inquiries.
How We Use Third-Party Tools
We currently use the following tools to help us operate our business:
- Quo (formerly OpenPhone): a business phone and call-handling platform with built-in contact management, used to answer and manage calls on your behalf.
- Instantly: an email outreach platform used for cold email communications to prospective clients.
- An in-house system built by RyuCalls for internal case management, used by our agents and administrative team to track and manage client and call information. This system is not shared with any outside party. Some of our agents who access this system to answer calls are independent contractors located outside Canada.
We may also use additional tools in the future, including but not limited to tools for digital advertising and analytics, scheduling and booking, or other customer relationship functions, within the categories described in this policy. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction (rectification) of inaccurate information
- Request a portable copy of your information in a commonly used format
- Request de-indexation or removal of your information, where applicable
- Withdraw your consent to our collection or use of your information at any time
