02Our Claims
"Under 5 minutes," "100% human," "never a robot," "7 days a week," "48 hrs," "up to 6 attempts," "every lead": these are our service standards and what we work to deliver. They are not guarantees.
Outages, network problems, illness and unexpected events happen. We make reasonable efforts to meet our standards. We are not responsible for failures caused by things outside our control.
03"100% Human"
A person dials the number and speaks to your prospect. We still use ordinary software: telephony, calendars, texts, notes. What we don't do is put a machine on the line instead of a person.
04The Five-Minute Callback
It's a target we measure, not a contractual commitment. Actual timing depends on the client's lead source, their systems, and volume at that moment.
05No Guarantee of Results
We don't guarantee that a lead will answer, qualify, book, show up, or buy. We don't guarantee any number of appointments, any show-up rate, or any increase in revenue. Results depend on your leads, your offer, your market, and how you sell.

This site cites studies published by third parties (Harvard Business Review, MIT / InsideSales.com, Chili Piper, Gartner, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics), with their source and year.
They are not our data. They don't concern our clients and don't predict any result for your business. We don't control these publications.
07What Our Agents Don't Do
Our agents qualify and book. They don't diagnose, negotiate, sell, or give technical, legal, or professional advice.
08The Information Comes From the Client
Our agents tell prospects what the client told us. Accuracy is the client's responsibility. We don't independently verify it.
09Emergencies
We are not an emergency service. If there's an immediate risk to life, health, or property: call 911 or the appropriate service. Our agents may point someone to those services, but they don't replace them.
